OUR MISSION

Adults with Learning Disabilities Foundation was envisioned in 1988 by Founder and CEO Felix Strozier. The foundation is a community based action organization dedicated to bringing awareness to adult illiteracy by working with a team of volunteers and agencies promoting literacy throughout the country.

The goal of the foundation is to make tools available to help adults with learning disabilities. Did you know there are 42 million adults in the United Sates that struggle with reading, writing and understanding. Adults at a low reading level are more likely to success if given these life changing tools. Laptops and home computers, software, Ebooks, electronic spell check devices and GPS navigation services are some of the tools we aim at resources those we help. Adults classified as with this disability are also more likely not to graduate and predicted to live below poverty. We've found that having these tools we provide will increase their chances to success.
